Church Cave, Rona
This cave was used until very recently for worship on the island. The mossy rocks are the pews, and a bigger rock at the entrance was used as the pulpit and doubled up as a font for baptisms as it has a depression for water. The cave is quite a walk from the habitation but would give the parishioners something to do on a Sunday! They would also be able to look beyond the minister to the view across the water if the sermon was a bit long!
