162/365 First of the Season

So excited! I picked up my first CSA share today. It included spinach, arugula, two kinds of lettuce, cilantro, radishes, horseradish, broccoli rabe, beets and two kinds of onions. Looks like I'm going to have to be more inventive in my cooking this summer. What does one do with horseradish?!
