Patiently waiting in the rain

until I slowly make it all the way up to the top of the dunes. These high dunes make it nearly impossible for me to reach the beach. Today I made it with the help of a stick and hubby, so we had a short but pleasant walk. Maggie adores running full speed down the dunes in the deep sand and I love to watch her joy while she starts running in circles. The beach laid under thick grey clouds, the wind brought a light drizzle rain that I love to feel in my face and there was no one else. This would be a place where also Peanut's little terriers could run free:-)
