out for a coffee and a drive today and happened across the lambeth crematorium open day.

what a bizarre thing! all the local funeral directors, undertakers, casket/coffin makers (pet caskets, eco-urns) were there with their stalls set out.

they were having a great day out but sadly no one else seemed to know about it as we were almost the only public around.

anyway, had a look round the crematorium itself, round the back at the furnaces (eerie), at a fine selection of hearses and funerary vehicles (like a truck hearse, an SUV hearse, even a harley motorcycle hearse).
