Last Evening in Croatia

Stayed around the town again today. Had a walk around the peninsula and then had a coffee, watching the comings and goings in the port. Saw some groups from the Celebrity X cruise ship milling around. Bought a necklace made from Croatian stone - very disappointing scarves here :(

M went for a swim in the sea this afternoon just outside the hotel. Just too hot to sit in the sun so I sat in the shade.

The town has gone crazy this evening. Almost everyone is wearing red and white T shirts and nearly all the cafés have had TVs put in today so they can watch the Croatia v Brazil game tonight. Great atmosphere albeit a little noisy! The hotel has had a large screen installed outside so all the guests (and staff presumably) can watch.
