42 St Andrew Square

It's sad to see a building like this one lying empty and unused.

Given the location in St Andrew Square it would make for an amazing destination design hotel. But for that to happen it would need to be in the "right" hands.

Currently this patio area is providing shelter for someone sleeping rough, and from the smell of it it's ensuite too...
