Bad Press

There has been a lot of bad press of late about the passport office.

Perhaps like my own office they have had resources cut and cut and more and more red tape added which hampers everything that you try and do to get on top of your workload.

Perhaps like my own office the staff are doing everything that they can to get through the work.

Perhaps people should be more organised and not apply for their passport at the last minute.

Perhaps people should be more forgiving of human error.

I was away in April and next plan to be away in September. My passport expired in December. I sent it off just under 4 weeks ago. I received my new one today. I didn't think that was too shoddy.
