Giant Ferns

A lot of the flora out here looks very similar to that on earth. However, this fern is actually sentient. It's difficult to tell their state of mind. If they lean to the right, they're happy (as in this photo). But if they lean to the left, they're not.

Good luck on making sure you're looking at them in the right way. I wasn't here. He's actually leaning to the left, and slapped me around, and demanded that I delete the shot. Unfortunately, although sentient, they're not clever, and so I just switched the screen off. That convinced him.
