Late evening sunshine.

The wonderful thing about summer (in the UK) is that

1. It stays light long into the evenings...

2. Sometimes the sun shines for all of those daylight hours...

3. When the above two marry up, it is a magical, slightly unexpected and hence, very appreciated combination.

Right now, we are enjoying an extended period of almost perfect summer weather; an opportunity to enjoy the garden, well into dusk.

Here is a happy H playing in his PJs and giving me his 6 year old smile......
