We are on the River Cher at St.Georges. North of the river was occupied and South wasn't. How strange! We have just driven down from Caen on France's very unoccupied roads. We passed the journey playing Van Morrison's greatest hits and realised he appears to be quite a religious man. And now for some French beer!!
