White slug....ghostie?

Another day, another first sight while blipping for me. This time a white slug, we have big black ones, brown ones but I've never seen this big, fat ghost like one before? Are they common or is our garden/farm just so lacking in sunshine? A bit like the snail I took a few days ago that needed a suntan.
