WE DID IT!!!!

What an amazing day!

Excuse me while I gloat a bit ....

We did really well with the Inclusion Quality Mark Assessment.....the assessor was very impressed and suggested we should apply for the Flagship Award! She met the head, then a group of parents (who all ended up in tears about the support they have been given by the school....one parent said she would have been dead by now due to her depression and social needs) after a walk around the school she had already decided we were worth the award.

By midday she was saying "I've only been here for 4 hours and I don't want to go home!!" She was impressed by the interaction and support between staff and the kindness and manners of the children.

Also our moderation went extremely well for the Yr 2 and Yr 6 teachers...... So all in all AN AMAZING DAY!

TODAY'S SMILE: my school family....we sometimes moan about each other but really we all care a great deal for each other and this shine through today.
