.........I surrender........

The pain in my knee has been steadily getting worse since about 1.00p.m. today.......not the normal muscular ache that hes bothered me for several weeks........but a real sharp stabbing pain down the left side.

I managed to complete the day...........and drive home.......I've done some work..........and watched the opening game of the World Cup.......but now I've given in......and taken two Co-codamol.

They should make me sleep......as long as the don't make me queasy.......the problem might be whether they will let me wake up for work in the morning!

We'll see.
