Dancing on air

Woo hoo the xrays are clear !! The doctor and the physiotherapist were both wrong. It's a severe strain, as I said in the first place, and though it might take weeks it will get better without surgery.
I came skipping, well, almost, out of the surgery. Delighted.

I celebrated with a trip to Long Strand, where I havent been for ages. And pleased to find that the beach has sorted itself out a bit, is not so steep as it was, and beautifully reflected the sunset sky.

It was a fantastic summer's day, really warm with stunning feathery skies. And it was so nice to be barefoot on the beach at nine pm and the sand was warm !
