Anti-Exercize

Was cleaning up around the office when I unearthed these two boxes from a previous life (not that long ago). Massive Multi-Player Online Role-Playing Games were quite popular 2 - 3 years ago and I'm sure they are still as popular if not more so. Got into it with some guys from work who took over two years to convince me. I'd been heavily involved in Dungeons and Dragons when I was in High School and we all dreamed of a computer game that would replicate it. So, I knew how addictive it was even before playing. After nearly two years of playing and hundreds of relatively non-productive hours in front of the computer I gave it up cold turkey.

I always considered it a waste, all that time to acquire skills and items you'd never really have. But it was a lot of fun. Not complex enough for me yet, however, to get completely sucked in. Give it time, though. While it cost about $20 a month to subscribe, it was less expensive than one night out with the boys.
