Bee in the Locust Blossoms

Dear Diary,

How I love to see the Black Locust trees in my yard blooming! Their tendrils of white blossoms are so sweet smelling. The bees love them. The upper deck off my bedroom allows me to stand in the tree tops, surrounded by the fragrance and the sound of bees.

It took awhile of patiently waiting for a bee to come close enough for me to photograph. He landed in just the right place, where the sun light illuminated his tiny wing. A beautiful spot of yellow in a world of green and white.
