critérium du dauphiné

Got up to watch the bikes go through the village this morning....it's the Critérium du Dauphiné.

Went to dad's for an apéritif before lunch. We did our sweepstake draw. I got Mexico and Spain! Spain's one of the top seeds. The rest are:

Don's mum, Gill, got Brazil. Mum got Germany and Argentina. Dad got Columbia. Caroline and Paddy got Belgium. Pierre got Uruguay and his dad got Switzerland.

We all got a few others teams each....and there are other friends playing too to make up the 32 teams! The winner will get €75!

Went to the swimming hole in the river in the afternoon. Ahhhhh.....so nice to get cooled down.
