everybody else was too ill or too injured to do fun stuff tonight (plus, i'm still a tiny, tiny bit sore from squash on wednesday) so i had to entertain myself with a walk. love shrewsbury for it's funny little alleyways and cobbled streets.

immensely satisfying and productive day in the office today, despite the horrid feeling of being inside on such a lovely day. it will probably rain tomorrow.
