dinnertime

I kept dreaming of meat this week. I've been feeling pretty tired too and my knees have been aching while running even short distances which I never had before. So....this happened! And it was delicious! I think while I'm marathon training I need all the food groups I can get. Thought I was substituting meat and fish with enough other protein but perhaps not. It was delicious anyway! !! Rosemary and lemon chicken yummy.
