Under threat.....

... but they all survived!

Spotted these beautiful little Eider ducks happily swimming along and just as I was clicking my phone camera a big Seagull swooped in and away, what a fright I got as my picture demonstrates! It was mayhem but all nine ducks survived and none of them were taken!! A lot of big Gulls about though, not looking good for them!

Pretty poor shot but it was the one that made most impact on me tonight so I had to go with it. The light was awful, horrible drizzle and the poor ducks were not having a happy Friday 13th!
