The Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary, Norfolk.

One of the highlights of our holiday in Norfolk was a visit to this place, where rescued animals from all over Britain and abroad have now found peace and rest away from cruelty of mammoth proportions.
There were horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, pigs, birds and these gorgeous and amusing alpacas who pulled the funniest faces, amongst many other breeds. If you are ever in Norfolk this place is a must. It's situated at West Runton, near Sheringham.
