Window

The only photo that came out today. A busy, busy day's business at the Synod, with much debate and vulnerability. Some major stuff happened - a resolve to move ahead, as a church, on the issue of same sex marriage. It was a tricky set of discussions, pressure brought to bear, people willing to take risks. There will be much still to do to ensure a destination can be reached that includes all. But it has started a new phase. Lots of other stuff too - a new theological institution for training in Scotland, fears about the financial future. Some good personal chats and diocesan business achieved too. What a busy day!
