A New Venture

I've never been to the launch of a book of poems before. Rosemary, who was a teacher and works in the Health Service, is also a writer of prose and poetry. Today was the launch of her first collection of poems. It is called Knowing Grapes. She read several of her poems, someone sang. The singer was trained in Britain and Italy but, for a variety of reasons works, in the Health Service with Rosemary. It shows that you can never know the hidden gifts that many people have. I have another friend who has just had his first poem published online. I now know two poets. Quite an achievement!
