Lofty thoughts

I spent a highly motivating morning at Lincoln University with my supervisor. The pace of the university never ceases to amaze me, like the buildings were designed to allow the space for volumous intellects, grand ideas and diatribes at a leisurely pace. A complete contrast to the agitated busying of Hill Holt Wood - my main work place - a working woodland with an ecovillage hidden in its centre where we train young people excluded from school.

The morning was spent discussing dynamic organisational capabilities, replicating our business model and marketing ideas for events and conferences at our new eco-community hall (made of rammed earth). Its all very exciting - to wind down at the end of the day I took my camera for a walk around the university and around Brayford Pool. Couldn't feel my fingers in the end, but enjoyed it greatly!
