Sushi

This yummy sushi, made by a new venture called Soul Sushi based in Edinburgh, was a taster at Scran Salon, a monthly food-related event organised by Blythe from Lunchquest. You may be able to spot us in the photos here. In the run-up to the evening, there were a couple of competitions run by Heverlee Belgian Beer on Twitter. I won one of them!

I was very lucky - my prize was a dinner for four people at the fabulous Hemma, where the Scran Salon event was held. The food was fabulous, and all four of us had a great evening.
