Too late

What a shame I didn't start blipping earlier. These were in full purple loveliness a week ago, and now they're over for another year.

I had planned to post a picture of a big fat bumble bee, but have learnt that it's nigh on impossible to take a close up photo of a fast moving subject in very bright light on a mobile!
