The One Peak

I drove to Horton-in-Ribblesdale today, to have a peaceful stroll up Ingleborough. The place was packed and there were hundreds of people on the hills, seemingly tackling not just the one peak but three of them.

As I approached the summit, a route marshall encouraged me by saying "just one to go." I didn't let on. Later on, in the pub, someone asked me how long I had taken. "Oh, just over four hours." They were mightily impressed.
