Another flaming delicious dinner

As you can see, Mr B was cooking again tonight. He definitely subscribes to the Nick Nairn school of cookery: if you haven't set something on fire then it's not really dinner.

Nearly applied for a job today.. sounded perfect for me, until I found out that the salary (not somehow included in the job spec) was barely enough to keep me in chocolate for a year, never mind pay for childcare. Back to the drawing board.

Fairly dull, run of the mill grey Scottish snowless winter day, then our lovely friend arrived giving us the perfect excuse for one of Mr B's venison dinners and a chat over some nice wine and a lovely sticky toffee pudding (thanks Suf - guests who come bearing dessert always more than welcome here!) More of the same tomorrow.
