A stunning scorcher of a day. And just as well as I am not doing too well and am forced into complete rest again. The pain has been intense since the physio session on Thursday and I can hardly walk.
I am increasingly annoyed that such a dramatic and frightening (and wrong) diagnosis had been made before the test results came, and that he treated me for something I didn't have. He has made it worse and I feel back to square one.
I have lost faith with them altogether and don't know what to do.

Thank heaven for summer weather, and lovely surroundings.
