98 Today

Dechreuodd heddiw gyda Nor'dzin yn addysg yn Aro Ling Caerdydd. Dysgodd hi am Feddygaeth Tibet. Roedd e'n ddiddorol iawn. Hoffais i yn arbennig strwythur y dysgeidiaethau gydag esboniad iechyd, salwch, diagnosis a thriniaeth. Yn y prynhawn ymwelon ni â mam-gu. Mae hi'n 98 oed heddiw. Yn ffodus mae digon o iechyd gyda hi i fynd allan am sbel. Aethon ni i Gastell Cyfarthfa. Dyn ni erioed wedi bod yna o blaen. Mae'n lle hyfryd gyda theithiau cerdded, golygfeydd a siop te. Mwynheuodd mam-gu'r prynhawn gyda ni.

Today started with Nor'dzin teaching at Aro Ling Cardiff. She taught about Tibetan Medicine. It was very interesting. I especially liked the structure of the teachings with an explanation of health, illness, diagnosis and treatment. In the afternoon we visited grandma. She is 98 years old today. Fortunately she is healthy enough to go out for a while. We went to Cyfarthfa Castle. We have never been there before. It is a lovely place with walks, scenery and tea shop. Grandma enjoyed the afternoon with us.
