Cyfarthfa Sky

Today was my mother's 98th birthday. 'ö-Dzin has posted a nice photo of her and me over on his blipfoto page. We took her to Cyfarthfa Castle, near Merthyr Tydfil. She likes to go out for a drive - especially if it can include a visit to a tea room. She was a little frail today, but still marvellous for 98. Happy birthday Mum.

When the sky is like this it reminds me of old oil paintings. One could almost imagine celestial beings in the brightest point of the light.
