Grandad's rose

This is a lovely variety of climbing rose that my grandfather grew. My father took cuttings and made sure the grandchildren had plants in their gardens 0r in containers as they moved around. I've not yet managed to identify the variety. This one, confined to a container for the last few years and moved from house to house, is finally getting chance to flower well. I'm now thinking I must take some cuttings and pass them on to my kids in due course - it will be wonderful to keep it going.
