Father's Day

Only one blip for today. A snap of my dad. Eddy is 82 this year, but still very independent and active. We were putting up fencing together just the other week. I'm the eldest of five and dad has always been there for all of us. Many happy memories of camping holidays and weekend trips to the coast. He used to make all our toys out of wood. Garages and go carts for the boys. Cribs and dolls houses for the girls. He has made or adapted all of the furniture in their bungalow and still has energy for decorating and gardening. If I have half of his stamina at that age, I will be able to climb Everest before breakfast and swim the channel after lunch.
