Decided on mushroom risotto, and it ended up with lots of parmesan as I tried to blip it falling in as I grated, with the camera balanced on an up turned cup. Red Leicester would have shown up more me thinks, but it tasted good.
While having coffee in Waitrose, I was spotted by a lady I used to work with 23 years ago, I can't have aged that much or perhaps she has a very good imagination. It was lovely to catch up.
