Impatient for my own...

I have been on the waiting list for an allotment for at least 4 years.
Excitement is now building as 3 weeks ago I received an email containing the following:

"Due to our large waiting list (and long waiting time) we are unable to be offering a choice of the plots and have to resort to offer what is available at the time and in strict waiting list order. You are currently No: 2 on the waiting list, so your wait should not be long now. "

So I will not be making a fuss if the one I finally get is not visible from my bedroom window (where this shot is taken from). Not a bad view for W13.

Good to come back home after a long day's challenging and inspirational training, which has left my energy levels low. A bonfire has since been lit out there this evening - fab. I love the smell and noise of a good burn.
