Saw this heron from the bedroom window this morning so stuck the zoomy lense out the open window.

Thought it's wings made a nice shape.

I'd love to take more photos of birds, but the dog always scares them off .

Was helping at a charity tea dance this afternoon. Some very good cakes were consumed :) Don't think I need much dinner!
