Juvenile great blue heron

This heron looks a little startled, it was fishing away happily then my telephone went off with the opening few bars of The Happy Mondays, Step on ... Call the cops ...

Probably worth a look in LARGE.

Look at the color of the water, huge storm in the Pyrénées, which we completely missed, have turned the water a muddy brown and swelled the little stream into a raging torrent.
