Sunlight on the Ebbw

Still feeling a bit poorly today and the pain is still there, but as it is Father's day I made my way to Mum and Dads to give him his card and present, as I have been stuck in the house all weekend almost, thought we would try for a little walk, not really a good idea as I started feeling ill half way round, did manage to get this shot of the sun sparkling on the river.
Back at Mum and Dads, time for dinner ate and felt alright for about half on hour but now the pain is back with a vengeance, can't afford any time off work so am going to have a shower and an early night and hope I fell better in the morning.
