And On They Went

Went up to the three peaks with the running club .

We were there for 7.45 and as we were pulling in on our coach there were 3000 other people with the same idea.

I have only ever walked the peaks when you see a fellow walker about every ten minutes . Yesterday was like a Roman march but it yielded a completely different view and atmosphere .

I was in the one peak group and apart from the heights phobia nonsense it went well and wen aged to run most of the 8 mile descent which was exhilarating and gave a sense of freedom.

1st group back to the pub so we had more
Drinking time whilst we waited for the idiots top club runners who ran all three, this included a dog called Jess who was the 1st female Saltaire strider home after 25 miles.

A grand grand day.
