Jewish museum

Very interesting day with my folk visiting the Jewish Museum in London.
We took part in a workshop about trench art. Fascinating how soldiers in trenches turned weapons into beautiful pieces of art. Incredible how people find a way to share their stories even in the worst of circumstances. Some really moving and harrowing stories of survival during world war 2.
Mum and Dad then stayed for tea which the wonderful R Sr. cooked for us while we were out.
