Happy Fathers day Dad.

You're the best! Not manage to take photo of him but this photocopy of my knee xray shows how Marvellous he is.
We were comparing knee pains today, as we tend to do currently, when he reminded me I had this from 10 years ago- I have a theory that the pin is causing the muscle pain.
He then proceeded to tell me exactly which drawer it was in, (they have a lot of drawers, cupboards,boxes,wardrobes, all totally stuffed, admittedly with a lot of my excess junk) in which folder it was and with what else it was with-my mum's dad's army record!!??!!! I didnt query the filing system- it clearly works in his head.
'I know where everything is' he said proudly. 'As long as it's not moved,' he added.
'You mean as long as mum doesn't move it' I asked.
'No, now I didn't say that,' he protested. 'Just as long as it doesn't get moved I said.'
'Well, she's the only one living here with you.' He looked and smiled.
That's why they've lasted. What a team!
