White Mountain hiking

We took a long hike with friends today up to one of the Appalachian Mountain Club huts. It was a challenging climb because the bridges over the river were washed out and the water was high. To stay on the trail you had to cross the river by hopping from rock to rock. We all chose to work our way up the mountain following a muddy path rather than fall in the water, but this intrepid family just went for it!
