Butterfly

Today was the village Summer Fair and Car Boot Sale - a chance for us to buy more stuff we don't really need. Actually, we were very good! And of course, no fair is complete without the obligatory face painting.

"I like greens", she said.

"Maybe the incredible hulk; or a frog; or a forest fairy?" - all good suggestions from the face painter. But they were all rejected in favour of a butterfly.

"But I only want it on one side of my face".

She spent the next hour screwing up her eyes in an effort to focus on the beads - and the whole lot was off within an hour and a half!
