Pershore Abbey

I see the Abbey every day, time I paid homage ! It has fabulous history, one of my favorite quotes is from a monk who gave evidence at the time of the dissolution ... "Monks drink a bowl after breakfast until ten o'clock and come to Matins as drunk as mice, some (playing) at cards, some at dice" Ha !
