The waiting game

This year we planted potatoes for the first time. Whenever the shoot popped up above the soil we covered them until finally they reached the top of the reused rubbish bin they live in! And then we waited. And waited. Until now, when at last we have flowers which made us very excited. I'm told they have to die off before we can harvest so once more we wait!
