Getting there

More Madelines
This time Gluten Free and Vegan. They're still not quite right but they're definitely getting there.
This is the second half of the batch. I thought first lot were too oily so added more flour but may have gone too far the other way.
No pictures of the first lot as they were eaten before I could get to my camera.
