GRANNY IS UPSET

Granny got refused a second time for a invalid parking disc. At 92 years this doctor (the second one) said she had no obvious illness so no disc. She explained she found it difficult to walk to her car with shopping having broke her elbow 2years previously but still made no difference. She has fainted a couple of times in the street because she went weak. I looked up the word 'invalid' in the Oxford Dictionary it means ' weak person'. They have not heard the last of this!!!!
