At Hampton Bishop: Ceaser!

A good salad is the real thing of summer. I am a trues seasonal eater. I like my roots on winter. I like the earthy taste of carrots freshly pulled. A swede patched with scars from the ground. A salad has a freshness. A crispness with like sun and blue skies.

It is true that food taste different if you eat it outside. I intend to get a picnic table this year. I am looking out for some cheap reclaimed thing at a farm sale.

Who knows, even salads might brighten up outside x
