Old friends

in Oxford. We had lunch with them today and I got my first look at their new house which is just lovely and packed with all the colour and craziness and beauty which makes them who they are. You may have spotted that N has a goose on her head and that there is a line of penguins on the shed roof. True. They were made by T who loves a bit of a visual joke (there is a row of snails on the front wall) and the "piece" which is called Exit Followed By a Bear (I do hope you know your Shakespeare) made it into the local rag. A real smile-stretcher.

N and T are the reason we are in France and I love them dearly. It was an absolute joy to see them today.
