Another Day, Another Night Shot

Today was similar to yesterday, only less hectic, but busy none the less! Plus daylight never seemed to arrive, so this maybe had a part in my slightly low mood.

Once work had finally finished, I headed to the gym for a quick interval session before heading home in the pitch black and rain.

I have just received a message from a fellow cycling club member arranging a RAMP test on Friday night, it sounds a bit like a bleep test, but on a bike! A much better way to spend time on a Friday night than getting drunk! No doubt Friday will be a bike related Blip!
